Hotel terbaik selama menginap di gili. Karena rata-rata di gili itu airnya susah dan kotor lantainya. Tapi cuma di royal yang menginap seperti di hotel. Fasilitas lengkap dan kamar direct ke pool. Next, saya akan kembali lagi. Meskipun jauh harus naik cidomo dulu. Ada movie night setiap hari.

Most comfortable hotel on Gili T. New hotel. Cold rooms are nice after a long day on beach. Pool is magic. Staff are vrry good. Sunset in front of hotel with a movie later on on a big screen is cool. Value for money. You will not find a better hotel.

Recommended for poolside room types, you really just need to slide the door and jump straight into the swimming pool. Classified as a new hotel on Gili Trawangan, so everything is still very good. This is the best hotel for the sunset point side.

Very bad service and very disappointing.

Check-in waited 1 hour 30 minutes in the lobby even though we arrived at 3 pm and already booked a room at night. In the morning breakfast ordered fried rice arrived 1 hour later. Checkout waiting 30 minutes in the lobby.

Our check-in at 16.15 should be at 2. The staff reasoned that if someone booked 17 rooms in the morning, it means that the booking from the application was delayed, the second reason was because of the request for a double bed. We were later first seated in the lobby waiting to check in.

There are no good & cheap drugs! The service is the best, especially the manager, Mr. Ricky salute!

Pengalaman yang menyenangkan untuk tinggal di hotel ini. Dengan harga yang cukup fair fasilitas yang didapat cukup lengkap, kamar yang nyaman, kamar mandi bersih dengan air panas, di kamar juga disediakan tv, coffee maker, kulkas. Kolam renang juga cukup luas selain itu ada pool untuk anak-anak. Mau ke pantai juga dekat karena hotel ini tepat berada di pinggir pantai. Hotel juga menyediakan sepeda gratis yang bisa dipakai jalan-jalan. Terima kasih kepada seluruh staff hotel atas keramahan selama menginap. Pasti bakal menginap di sini lagi.

The rooms are clean, comfortable because the hotel is new (newly operating in June 2021), the swimming pool is clean, there is a private beach, which is perfect for enjoying the sunset. The most appropriate choice if you go to Gili Trawangan. The 1 night plan is extended to 3 nights. However, my input, please clarify information about the price of breakfast because it is not written in the restaurant, the initial information was that the price was so, the billing that was billed at check out was different. Had a debate about this, but finally the hotel agreed with the initial confirmation price.
