Almost every week I stay at this hotel, but now I am very disappointed after the new board of directors from Aston who implemented new rules without seeing the many shortcomings of this hotel. For example, the wifi is very bad, the hot water often goes out, the hot water does not automatically turn on, you have to call the front office to turn it on. The closet is dirty, the sheets smell musty, the blankets are full of holes, the pillowcases smell musty, there is no CCTV near the room hallway so the room is often knocked on by unknown people. Security is not optimal. There is no bellboy in the lobby. Hotel prices have increased but are not in accordance with the poor hotel facilities and services. Please ask the owner and all directors if they implement new rules, it seems they have to correct themselves first.
