It's been several times staying at Prime Park Hotel and it's always memorable. Just a little input, when dropping off a family member in front of the lobby who is not in good health, it takes a long time because they have to be guided when getting on the vehicle. The security's facial expression is not pleasant to see, not all of them but in 2 days of staying, I saw more sour faces than smiles. Hopefully in the future it can be considered.

Want to go to the Mataram Epicenter Mall, it's close, want to go to the Cakra Market, it's close, want to go to the cake and pastry center from traditional to Mirasa, everything is close, want to eat Taliwang chicken and Plecing Kagkung, everything is close. The last day in Lombok, still staying at Prime Park for 1 week, both via Mandiri and via EO, via Mandiri turned out to be less fortunate, with a drastically increased price because of the pick season from Traveloka but got a room with a rather dirty bathroom, the walls had lots of black mold in the joints, well it seemed like it was lacking treatment, it was only dried. Didn't take breakfast because I was bored, there was no change in the menu for 1 week of staying there and the variations were minimal for a 4-star hotel.

The food variety is very lacking when compared to 4-star hotels that I often visit, especially the main course variety is limited in choice and there are only a few pastries, the taste of the food is also lacking, fried rice tastes bland like rice that is just fried without any seasoning. I'm tired of going to Lombok, the people are not friendly, often shouted at if you ask too many questions. I'm tired of it, but when it comes to foreign tourists, they are incredibly friendly even though we also pay, it's like Bali, it's bad. 1 week at Prime Park, whether you order it yourself or via EO, the food doesn't change, it's boring.

the receptionist is really cool fast and very helpful for the laundry is cool, feels like getting new clothes 🤗.

It was a great time to stay in this hotel. The room is very clean and hygiene, location is right in the center of the town and near to many attractive places. Food variety for breakfast was fascinating. Thank you for your services and will come again for next visit for sure.
