BAD EXPERIENCE, where did the staff study hospitality? The front office is not very friendly, they arrived at 13.00 WIB but it was like they were chasing me away because it turned out that the check-in schedule was at 13.30 WIB, even though there were chairs in the lobby but they were not invited to wait in the lobby, so I waited outside the lobby, then no one helped me carry my suitcase and it was not even offered, other staff met me and did not greet me at all, and there was no hotel staff in the swimming pool area, the water in the swimming pool was very dirty and there were lots of leaves, the outdoor area around the hotel was slippery with lots of moss and could cause slipping,
In the corridor inside the hotel, spare mattresses were only lined up on the edge of the corridor, isn't there a warehouse there?
I only saw security at the gate once, and then until the evening cars coming in and out were not visible and the hotel gate was always open, is there security? How can this kind of service get a 4-star/5-star hotel category?
