It was a pleasure to stay here during Nyepi, and 2 days ago was our anniversary, the price was affordable and the service was very good, Dwi at Guest service was very informative and helpful, Didi at the restaurant was very friendly in serving us, Ikbal (if I'm not mistaken) seems to be the manager at the restaurant is very attentive in helping, Chef Sutresna and Mahesa cook delicious food, the room is very nice and we slept well,, We will come back again we love it ❤️

hotel close to sanur beach, can rent a bike along the beach, or can walk. many cafes and stalls on the edge of the beach, calm waves and calm winds. very friendly hotel staff, and i got v.late CO by request. thx u holiday inn sanur for your hospitality.

I stayed here twice already, and both times went home with bed bugs rashes on my body. Cautionary tale for those who are looking to stay here! The room looks clean so this was totally unexpected. Will not be staying here for third time.

Horrible experience. I booked the room for my Dad. When it came to check out time, I came to pick him up and the security staff asked me why parked there with eyes like I was a criminal or such. When I came back to car bringing big luggage no one offered help to load it to my car. Really are you just kind to foreign customers? Room is nice but not the service.

The hotel is clean, the building is still new and the rooms are very kids friendly. Thank you for the friendliness of the staff, especially Mr. Dwi the frontliner who served us.

I am very happy and satisfied with the service here. Fresh food to my taste. Clean room. Super close to Sanur beach in the morning I rented a bike to ride around the beach. The rooftop swimming pool to watch the sunrise on the sea is very beautiful. The special thing is that the security here is very good, I forgot my iphone 14 in the bathroom on the first floor lobby, after checking out and traveling 6km, I called the hotel hotline. The receptionist found my phone for me. I am very grateful to the hotel security and receptionist for helping me get my forgotten phone back.

Nice place to stay if ypu are in Sanur Area. Near my favorite cafe called Stuja di Pantai. You can go for a walk or ride a bicycle in the morning.

The room is clean, spacious, and very comfy. There is a desk and a chair inside, so I could work from here. Bathroom also nice: water pressure, hot water, and toiletries are great. Bed is spacious for 2 persons. Staff are friendly. Food is just okay. The hotel is really close to Sanur beach, only 3-5 mins walk. There are many good restaurants around as well. Price not as expensive as other hotels with the same quality. This is a great stay, would like to come here again next time.

Semua kelihatan baru dan bersih, staff, HK pelayanan bagus dan ramah-ramah, saya dan suami sangat senang tinggal di hotel ini, fast internet, cold AC, fridge juga dingin, suami pada dasarnya tukang complain di sini dia nggak ada complain 😄, terima kasih Holiday Inn Sanur, dan aku juga sudah jadi member IHG 🤗.

The room is large and clean it is also so comfortable yet the beach isn't really suit for kids.

Kamarnya bersih, nyaman dan sangat tenang. Posisi dekat dengan pantai, hanya 2 menit berjalan kaki. Breakfast juga cukup enak.

Good Hospitality, Humble and Cleanliness.

Smaller room. Everything else is wonderful. Their room size is compensated by many things. You won't feel claustrophobic because the design is great! Sizeable. Location is great close to the beach, shops, restaurants and mossimo. Clean and great service. Looks like a fairly new hotel hopefully they maintain their level of excellence. Will stay there again for sure in our next visit

The ambience is good, the staff very friendly and helpful, not so far from minimarket, in love to stay longer here 🥰. Thanks holiday inn sanur and all of the staff.

The rooms are clean and suitable for families. When we saw that we brought the child, the sofa was immediately set up to become an extra bed at no additional cost.

Was there for diving and had a very lovely stay. The room was clean and spacious. All of the staff were very nice and attentive. Will definitely going back.

A comfortable, clean and strategic hotel….

Location near the beach, good service and clean, it's just a shame if you get a room on the 1st floor, noise can be heard from the upper and front floors.

Baru pertama kali nyobain nih hotel. Nyamann bersih itu yang paling aku suka. Meski cuma sebentar di sini. Check in udah mau dini hari dan check out masih pagi. Karena ada acara tapi happy. Tidurnya bisa nyaman. Next time kalo ke Bali daerah Sanur pasti staycation di sini lagi.
