a pleasant holiday experience. Strategic hotel location, fun pool. The downside is that for children >3 years old there is a charge and the bed is too hard in my opinion. The rest is okay

There was a miscommunication during check-in, the receptionist said that food would be delivered during sahur, after waiting for a while it turned out there was none. In the morning when we confirmed, it turned out that sahur was not delivered, we really had to go to the restaurant 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made everything so much easier. The room was spacious, clean, and really comfy. They have all the amenities you need, and everything felt modern. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel staff is very friendly, especially the restaurant PIC, they are really very good. I have stayed here several times for vacation, that's why at that time I gave a direct notice. Basically, this hotel is recommended, it's not too far from the airport.
