Everything was good except for the room soundproofing

best location! just walk to sogo. breakfast is delicious. The receptionist is also friendly. it's just necessary to have soundproofing in every room, at night it's clear from the conversation in the next room chatting.. lol

This is our 2nd visit, the location is good, in front of the hotel there is a gokl to Titiwangsa, a little across to Medan Mara, gokl to KL Sentral, easy access to everywhere, don't expect early check in or late check out because check in can only be done at 15.00 and check out must be at 12.00 noon, the service of almost all staff from FO to restaurant has a sour face and is rude, Malay but not polite, different from Malay in Indonesia.

I had a great time, staff was friendly and the hotel location is superb with easy access. Facilities are good and food is really nice with good verity.

The location is beautiful and you can reach many places by walking. The breakfast is great and varied.

Quality hotel, friendly staff, nice food, comfortable beds, very pleasant stay at a modern hotel recommended.

The rooms are quite spacious and there is an iron, places to eat are close by.

It's okay, nothing special

I add on the breakfast buffet which is for me quite expensive (rm 47 +) because not too much option. Not many have various of food for breakfast. However, the hotel give good service from check in and check out.
