Room is good and okay. Staff is okay and affordable for the price.

The hotel is located not far from the city center. The service is 24 hours, the staff are friendly. The bedrooms and toilets are comfortable and clean. Affordable prices.

Overall good except the stairs to get to the lobby.

receptionist on the 3rd floor without elevator. I carried my suitcase to the 3rd floor. 😅😅😅

the room is good for solo traveller, but mosquito is very anoying. The staff spray the room with the anti mosquito buy it did not work. The blanket is not comfort and wifi is very slow. no initiatif from the staff to clean up the room.

I just had time to give a review now. The stairs are too extreme, but overall the service is good, the staff is friendly.

The staff is very friendly, the room is clean, but when we want to go to the lobby and the room we have to climb a lot of stairs.

Clean, comfortable, close to the city center, friendly and polite service, if I may suggest in the future, maybe use a lift or something to make it easier to go upstairs because it's a shame for the elderly, going up and down and my husband also slipped and almost fell because it was slippery after the rain, especially sleeping there for quite a long time. Then the problem with the water is that in the morning the water is very small and at certain times it only flows around 10 o'clock. The rest is sometimes big and sometimes small. But so far it's the best, accommodation with that price but the service is like a 5-star hotel 🥰 cool, highly recommended. ❤️

Good service, comfortable rooms, cheap prices

The reception is on top. You have to carry 30 steps stairs up your own belongings alone, no one helping you. Slippery. Some of the hotel area look abandoned since years, minimum lights. No amenities. No warm water. I left after 1 night. Found much better one next to it.

The hotel staff is friendly and the environment is close to the city. The hotel is clean and complete.

Entry to the front off is up a fairly high staircase and ceramic stone. It is very difficult if you bring a large suitcase and the experience of falling down the stairs when going down after checking out first, the stairs are wet and slippery. So my husband slipped and fell and was injured. For input for the owner, please provide rubber for the stairs so that they are not slippery. And even if not after being rinsed, mop them immediately so that they dry quickly. Hopefully there will be no more guests who fall because the stairs are slippery. Thank you.

The hotel is very strategically located near the city center, the price is affordable for the lower middle class, it is also close to ATMs so it is easy to withdraw cash, and it is close to culinary places.

Everything is very good except the breakfast is just bread and tea/coffee.

The flush toilet is broken No welcome drink/water bottle in the room No toiletries/amenities

Going up to the room has to go up a very long staircase, if you have a lot of stuff downstairs you have to carry it yourself, there is no staff to handle guest luggage, there is no mat in the room so the floor is wet, there are no toothbrushes, toothpaste, and tissues. Is it because the guests are local? The nice view and cleanliness are the only minuses,

The sink is broken and the hot shower not working! The breakfast is only jam and bread (its fair).
