We're just asking questions:
1. The number of villa employees cannot be just 1 person, we have divided the tasks between security and room service crew to clean up the room, and it is also impossible for Crew service to be done with only 1 person.
2. Regarding small running water, all guests from the date before and after we did not hear any complaints / complaints. And you didn't notify the admin of the water problem, if there is notification our officers will immediately help check.
3. Heating the water on and off is created according to the procedure for heating water, unless the water heater is not working properly, we will send you a new heater.
4. Our CCTV is only installed at several points which do not disturb the privacy of guests and we emphasize that you stay on 26-27 December 2022 at our villa, and only complain about loss on 2 January 2023.
5. The entrance to the villa is not friendly for small children and the elderly, due to the soil structure in the Dago hills with a height of 1000 meters above sea level so we cannot avoid stairs and this has been informed in the system.
6. When I checked in, I asked for dental kits, but we checked with the admin who was on duty that day. There were no requests for dental kits. If there are, we will prepare them and provide them.
7. There is construction around the villa very far from the room you ordered, and construction members also only work during normal hours, namely 8 am to 3 pm, so noise can be avoided.
