The lobby staff was not very responsive at check-in time, and check-in time should be 2 pm according to general hotel standards.

The hotel is quite good and clean. The break fast is also ok. Suitable for a vacation with children.

The location is far from the city center and from everywhere. The ATV is not really a toy so it is heavy and must be with parents. The food variants are few. Animals are only deer.

Old hotel but still feels like New Overall is Good

The staff are okay and friendly. The changing rooms/toilets at the waterpark are too far away.

Wanting to have dinner at the hotel was rejected, it couldn't be done because there was already a booking and wanting to order delivery to the room also couldn't be done, other people suggested eating in front of the hotel

Overall it's good, just a bit expensive, the AC in front of the elevator on the 3rd floor corridor seems to need to be repaired. Other than that it's safe,

Finally can staycation with the kids here, very satisfied. Comfortable, instagrammable and spacious thematic rooms. Too bad we came on a weekday together, only 4 rooms so for the pool that is activated for water games is in the children's pool area, in the adult area you can still play in the pool with the current so you can still spin around. For the wave game, it's off but it's okay. It's a shame the playground area can't be used at night because there is no lighting, For breakfast, it's a la carte and can be room service, really, what was sent was a lot until noon, the menu variants are many and delicious (minus the hard fried food because it's already cold) The area around the hotel has many food stalls at night so you don't need to go far. Next, hopefully for check-in, it can be earlier at 2 o'clock from now at 3 o'clock ☺️

The kids were very impressed with the wave pool. Hopefully the outdoor playground will be further developed.

The hotel staff are all friendly. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean, the waterpark is complete, and the food in the restaurant is delicious, all the menus are delicious.
