Well overall it's okay, not much to praise but everything is serviceable! It's according to the price offered. Spacious room, there's a gym, lots of restaurants on the right and left, clean bathroom, unlimited drinking water because there's a gallon. Well, all of that is enough for the price of 400 thousand a night on weekends

In my room, the toilet seat inside contained tissue waste that was not picked up and thrown away. Hopefully we'll check more next time. The others are fine, there's no problem

The hotel staff is friendly, helpful when our luggage is heavy, the room is comfortable, clean, big, there is a mini cooler, cupboard, water heater, also assisted with late check out until 1 pm, can leave the luggage if you want to go to Aeon first. Thank you

The standard room size is still ok, clean and comfortable. It's just that the hot water doesn't come out consistently when taking a shower. I happened to be doing activities in that area, so I chose this and everything is still ok. 👍

Overall it's very comfortable, just a suggestion for later, try to get a smart TV that can connect to Netflix, etc. because not everyone is still interested in watching cable TV shows. Cleanliness, comfort and the staff, including the security guards, are very friendly.

The staffs including the security are friendly and helpful, they respond to my request pretty quickly. The room is very spacious but the cleanliness of the bed can be improved. There was a disturbing noise in my room when it was raining, but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Good quality with reasoneable price and nice location. A bit dissapointed with the kitchen service. I order food from room service but I need to wait more than 45 minutes with a very simple menu and end up leave before the food ready.
