The staff is friendly, the food is delicious and there are many menu choices..
The swimming pool and atmosphere are very nice..
The service is fast..
The environment is clean and tidy..
close to the city center and there are many culinary places around the hotel..

The hotel building is modern & looks magnificent, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff service is also fast & friendly. The food is also delicious. But for the size of the swimming pool I think it is too small compared to other 4-star hotels such as Z * and turun * in Padang city.

There was a queue for breakfast, but the queue was not orderly, the officers were not firm, so the queue was long and chaotic, all the food was finished even though it was not yet 9 am, it seemed like the restaurant lacked staff.

Hotel with good facilities. The only drawback is the security downstairs/parking. I ordered food online, then left it in the basement. When picking it up, the security didn't smile at all and seemed indifferent because he was busy playing with his cellphone. Maybe the security could be briefed again. It's a shame that the hotel is already okay with the existing facilities. The receptionist and personnel inside are good, so the assessment is flawed because of 1 security person. Thank you.

It's a nice hotel in Padang. The hotel is within walking distance to McDonald's, KFC, Starbucks, and Nasi Kapau Bandar Damar. It's only 10 minutes drive to the city center.
