The staff is very fast response, I happened to get a room on the 12th floor, the view is good, open the window and you can see Mount Merapi directly

The room area is quite clean, the atmosphere is calm, the view is directly to the open yard and the city lights of Jogja, the room is quite large, suitable for families with more than 3 people because it is provided with 1 large bed and 1 small bed, a little advice to always check the AC because the first time I entered the room the AC was dripping and not cold

Maybe because it's an old building, so some walls are peeling and moldy. For the 11th floor unit, especially number 6 of the Raflesia tower, it's badly damaged, it needs to be closed. The room also smells like an old building that is rarely cleaned. However, the staff is very responsive in terms of CI/CO, maybe because the unit is small, it's not well maintained

The sheets smell like they haven't been changed. Expensive including. The smell of gas but the complaint was immediately resolved even though from the beginning the staff were rude and didn't want to deliver the room
