Hotel works unprofessionally
Booked a room at facility 2 (No. 1, Lane 7, Lieu Giai) successfully through traveloka, 1 hour later the hotel staff called to say that there were no rooms available, and asked me to cancel the booking. When I said that the app said I could not refund/cancel the booking, the staff told me to check again. After 3 hours of waiting, I called the hotel back to ask for a refund (because I could not cancel on the app), but the staff said they would transfer my booking to facility 1 (at No. 1, Lane 19, Lieu Giai), I asked again if the room was of the same quality, the staff also guaranteed that the room was exactly as the picture posted on the app. I agreed because I saw that the room quality was guaranteed.
But when I arrived at facility 1, the staff informed me that both facilities were currently full, and asked me to transfer to Canary Hotel (No. 15, Lane 19, Lieu Giai, nearby). Because it was late, I had to accept.
Checking in at Canary was a total disappointment, a terrible experience for the price paid and the quality of the room.
The only plus point was the breakfast (used at facility 1), good food, good quality.
