Try a staycation here. The theme is more art in my opinion. The elevator is a bit slow and the glass is not clear. For the room, so far okay, but the toilet and shower are a bit far. The room window looks dirty. And there are many wooden nuances in the room.

I stayed at The Orient Jakarta for 2 nights and it was a great experience. The location was super convenient - just 5 minutes from the MRT station. The room was big, but very clean. The bed was comfortable and I love the interior design. Staff were always smiling, very accommodating and polite. I used the free Wi-Fi and it worked well. The pool was also really nice, used it in the morning and I had the pool to myself.

Just okay. The location is perfect, the staffs are very friendly but need more facilities to make it more family-friendly.

Finally got to stay here. The location is very strategic. I deliberately wanted to take the kids on a holiday and try public transportation in Jakarta. The distance to Benhil MRT is only 200 meters. There are also a lot of places to eat, restaurants, and supermarkets around. The check-in and check-out process is fast and friendly. I really like the interior of the hotel, from entering the lobby to the room, everything is aesthetic. The cleanliness is very good, fragrant in every room. Alhamdulillah got a room upgrade and the view is also cool. In my opinion, the breakfast variety is a bit limited but we also get a free a la carte menu. Although the variety is limited, it doesn't feel like anything failed. There are 2 swimming pool facilities but we made a wrong strategy, we should have swam on the Rooftop first on the first day because it turned out that the swimming pool that is integrated with Cafe Cali opens in the afternoon, so the next day we didn't have time to swim on the Rooftop because we only stayed one night. It's also a bit difficult to find a seat when the swimming pool on the 5th floor is crowded with visitors. Maybe because this also seems like a business hotel, so there are less facilities for children other than the swimming pool & there is no kind of kids activity as far as I know. But because we were tired from walking around all day riding the MRT & Trans Jakarta, so the children were happy just by swimming. Thx The Orient Hotel for your hospitality..hopefully there will be another chance to stay there. 😊

Unique hotel with modern outside building and traditional interior, friendly staff and amazing view from my room.

New hotel in a strategic location in Jakarta. Has a pretty interesting interior. Maybe the service in the lobby can be improved by the alertness of the officers with trolleys.

Very aesthetic hotel, and the rooftop cafe feels really luxurious.

While we experienced a small glitch during check in (it was 3 PM and we still could not enter our room due to unavailability) they managed to speed up the preparation and sent a fruit platter as a compensation. My family and I appreciated that. My kid also broke a glass and the process to cover that was also speedy and managed professionaly by the hotel staff. Location-wise, it's right at the city center and close to many legendary restaurants in Jakarta (Bopet Mini and other in BenHil area) Design and ambience are both out of this world. They're so unique that I keep coming back here 3 times already just because I miss the place. Best thing to do here would be to enjoy their amazing pool with hot-tub jacuzzi.

The service was exceptional—professional and friendly staff, delicious food, and facilities that are not just there for the sake of it but thoughtfully designed with quality and cleanliness in mind. Plus, its strategic location makes the experience even more perfect. I will definitely come back. Definitely.

I've stayed here 10 times and never get bored. The atmosphere is comfortable. All the staff are very nice and friendly.

simply Lovely place to stay , been here for almost a months staff is very friendly and always greet you or asking what can you need , room ambiance is quite relaxing , the hall smell like an old fiery wood palace . everything here would bring a smile to you especially callista smile hehe
