good location, in the center of metro city, comfortable, spacious and clean rooms, friendly service, for breakfast, the breakfast variety should be improved..

Everything is good but the room is not soundproof. The noise outside the room is very disturbing.

The hotel is small but the room size is quite spacious. Clean. The staff is also friendly Unfortunately because it is a shophouse, so the room has no windows so you don't know if it is morning, afternoon or evening if you don't look at the clock😅

There is no comb, no shampoo or soap, for a 500 thousand rupiah per night class there is only a towel and toothbrush.

My suggestion is that every room should be made tighter, my experience of staying here next to the room of a person who is having adultery, is very disturbing.

Lokasi strategis di pusat kota. Namun sayang bayak kamar ga ada jendela, jadi terasa pengap.

For business trips always stay at this hotel. The service is good and the place is also clean okay. It's just that the breakfast can be added with chocolate jam or not for the bread. I like to eat the toast but no chocolate jam. Or maybe just butter and mesis. There's only pineapple, strawberry and blueberry. Thank You.

Saya sangat kecewa karena masih tercium aroma rokok di dalam kamar. Dugaan pertama, AC tidak dibersihkan dengan baik karena setiap kali dinyalakan unit menghembuskan aroma asap rokok. Dugaan berikutnya, mungkin ada karyawan yang merokok dan dia mengira sudah cukup jauh dari kamar tamu. Dan kamar tidak memiliki jendela ventilasi. Blower di kamar mandi bukan menghisap keluar, justru berhembus ke dalam. Saran saya, perbaiki arah hisap blower kamar mandi sehingga bisa digunakan membuang asap, bila perlu sediakan unit air purifier dan jangan perintahkan karyawan perokok untuk membersihkan kamar bebas asap rokok. Asap rokok sangat mengganggu tamu hotel, terutama tamu dengan permintaan kamar bebas asap rokok. Semoga dibaca oleh manajemen dan diperhatikan.

The air conditioner is quite comfortable, ordered a deluxe type room but it's really standard, there's no fridge, the breakfast is random, there's no bread, cold rice.

Sangat direkomendasi. Cuma saran breakfast nya ada selai coklat atau mesis dan mentega. Jangan selai strawberry, nanas dan blueberry saja. Karena anak-anak lebih suka coklat.

I had good experience, the staffs are nice and polite, my standard room was OK, the food is tasty, the restaurant looks fancy. I just don't like the look of their bathroom, I feel it a little dirty, shower room does not have door so bathroom floor become wet after shower, not enough towel, not enough paper towel, not enough mat in bathroom. Oh, Check in and out was fast.
