A pleasant, calm and safe atmosphere.

service and hotel staff from check in, breakfast and check out easy and very friendly for cleanliness and room facilities are a bit lacking, from the ceiling it looks like there is dust and small animals, no hydrant, toilet spray is broken, sink is loose suggestion is to provide refillable water gallons on each floor overall ok sih next stay here again

this my second time on dafam enkadeli so far still the best and for eksecutif room is big and very clean just less all eksecutif room is conection room honestly i dont like..all staff realy friendly and smile...i think let set next time come here again...

Sharia hotel, feels like a hotel in Medina, there are verses of the Quran recited, the sound of the call to prayer, the lobby staff always greets Assalamualaikum, there are prayer equipment & the Quran in the room.

The hotel location is ideal, in the city center in the Thamrin area, next to Sarinah Mall. All hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. There is one drawback, namely the bathroom. The shower water flow is not strong enough, the hot water setting is not comfortable, it would be better if the bathroom was given a full door so that the water does not splash out of the bathroom.

Honest review: 1. Car parking, for a city center area, is quite good, although there is no basement, there is parking in front and back. 2. Check-in, arrived at 13.30 no customer service, CS only served at 14.00. Narrow waiting room, only 6 seats, many standing, 1/2 hour standing is quite tiring. This method needs to be fixed, it does not provide comfortable service. If asked to wait until 14.00, give a decent seat! 3. The type of room I bought, there is no window access outside / the window is close to the GM noodles, aka no view. If I'm not mistaken, only the executive type has a view, must be updated 400 thousand. 4. Food? Haven't tried it. Hopefully it's delicious. Overall, hopefully what is not fixed, so customers come back.

The location is very strategic next to Sarinah, and very Islamic, complete with prayer equipment, the Qur'an and dhikr readings.

Staying again at Dafam Enkandeli Thamrin, the check in process was fast, all staff were helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the room and amenities were quite good. The location is very strategic near Sarinah and Jalan Sabang, quite satisfying to stay at this hotel. Input for the breakfast menu is lacking a soupy and warm menu and the breads are not ready.

I stayed on Eid night, quiet & comfortable. The breakfast menu is delicious & varied, there are lontong & opor ayam, very thoughtful😍 The staff are friendly and always say hello when they meet🥰 The location is the best, close to Sarinah mall, Sarinah bus stop & MRT HI. The room is not soundproof, if there are guests who like to slam the door, it will be heard in the room😁 Overall, I was very happy while staying at this hotel 🥰

The staff is friendly, the executive room is really big and spacious for the price of 600, it's also clean and there's a refrigerator and the AC is already on when you arrive so you don't have to wait long.

First time my staycation at this hotel, my experience is awesome. All the staff are helpful, smile, and the check-in process is awesome also. Although from outside this hotel looks like small, but for the room, especially I am staying in a suite room, is big and clean. This hotel prepares Quran and sajadah to pray also now is Ramadan. For sahur food is varied, just one I need to suggest if possible have smart TV for all suite rooms because I like to watch Netflix, YouTube, and much more... Because I like this hotel, I am extending one more day... Location hotel near Sarinah...

A Sharia hotel that is very close to MRT, Sarinah and culinary places and most importantly, it is also close to my son's boarding house and office in SCBD (I happened to be visiting my son). Good service, clean rooms/km, complete prayer equipment (prayer mat, Quran, sarong and mukena) and a complete and delicious breakfast/sahur menu (there is an Arabic menu). God willing, I will stay here again next time.
