Very comfortable. Near culinary and minimarket

Close to the airport, hotel with affordable price, quite comfortable, close to the crowds and culinary places

The staff was very unfriendly when checking out, they only looked at my suitcase and didn't help me carry it, the toilet smelled of shit even though it wasn't anything, the table had lots of burn marks from cigarettes. Very disappointed and don't want to go there again

Not comfortable, I ordered a deluxe room but the contents were like superior, the bed cover was not changed. The room is not airtight, lots of ants, just a suggestion, provide soffel.

It's difficult to make coffee because the hot water is quite far from the room and the gallon of water often runs out because it's not checked regularly.

The place is very comfortable and the staff are kind and very friendly.

For good rooms, they are quite clean but need to be improved a little, my advice is to maintain cleanliness in front of the hotel because usually the first impression is when we first enter, maybe you can put up pots with flowers in front of the hotel to make it look nice because yesterday when we arrived at the front of the hotel we thought that's not the hotel, thank you 🙏.

Good service, clean and nice rooms, cheap hotel prices but the quality is good like expensive hotels, close to the airport, besides that if you stay more than two days then delivery to the airport is free, in conclusion the hotel is not inferior to other three-star hotels other.

The service from the waiter was very bad. The AC was broken and I slept too hot until the morning sweating and in the morning the waiter never fixed it so I had to check out. The waiters are all cool. No tissue in the room either. Very bad!

Entering the room, there was a strong smell of cigarettes, the bathroom was wet, the bed had red stains. Asked to change rooms, told to add 50k, want to leave milk in the hotel refrigerator, can't. Room window cannot be locked.

Compared to other hotels with a price range of Rp. 300k around Sentani. Aina the best, clean rooms.

Please from the hotel, if you want to be delivered to the airport, you must tell the consumer/customer there is an additional fee for anter/pick-up. Even though the distance is not too far, but the rates are really big.
