The most worthwhile hotel in Cilacap, especially the rooms and the taste of the food is top-notch.

The room was clean, no spills along the hallway.

Staying in the Executive Room at Azana Hotel felt comfortable, snacks and drinks were provided in the room, for water we could get refills in the hallway in front of the room. The view from the room was also okay, at night we could see fireworks from the room. Beautiful. The staff were very friendly, making us even happier. Oh, just yesterday several times at night there was a loud thumping sound near the door of the room (I don't know what the sound was) next to our room there was a room that was *staff only* it seemed like it was from there. It didn't make me uncomfortable, it just made me surprised. Maybe that can be considered again, what's going on. Apart from that, I was satisfied staying here. My family was also happy and I think we will stay there again if we go to Cilacap.

The AC leaked and we were forced to move rooms, so we had to pack again and move 🥹 The mattress was uncomfortable even though it was a King Koil brand.

I stayed at Azana Hotel for one night for business, and overall, I was very satisfied with my experience there. Service: The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. They were also quick to help me when I needed information about nearby eateries. Facilities: The room is quite spacious and equipped with complete facilities such as AC, TV, electric kettle, and toiletries. The swimming pool is clean and comfortable to use. The meeting room is also quite representative with modern equipment. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned well every day. The hallways and public areas of the hotel are also kept clean. Location: The location is strategic, close to the city center and eateries. Transportation access is also easy. Food: Breakfast is quite varied, although the taste of the food could be improved a little. However, it is sufficient for guest needs. Conclusion: Azana Hotel is a very good choice for business trips or short vacations. I will consider staying here again in the future.

Alhamdulillah, a very pleasant experience starting from the strategic location, comfortable room, very warm service and the drinks we chose were also very delicious.

Everything is very excellent. Just need to clean ants on my room I've stayed. If I put meals on the table, those ants make a party on it.

Third time stay at Azana Hotel. It was a great time, friendly staff, the foods are delicious, it has a pool and gym, and the location is not so far from the city center.

Overall a satisfying 4-day staycation experience there, clean rooms, varied food menu choices. A little attention was paid to the parking and service issues during breakfast. Hopefully Azana will develop into one of the best in Cilacap.
