Easy access to the port and nearby markets, even though there are many vehicles. Friendliness of staff and employees. Cleanliness of rooms and the area around the hotel. Next time can visit again;)

The access is very easy, it is in front of the road, the toilet is clean and comfortable. Maybe it needs attention to clean the floor because it is a bit dusty. Maybe also differentiate between smoking room and non-smoking room. Because for people who are sensitive to the smell, there is still a little in the room. But overall it is good.

Great staff. Room smelled strongly of mold. Not very quiet at night. Breakfast was OK, bad coffee, not much choice.

Ada sedikit noda sambal (sedikit sa dibersihkan juga mudah) di selimut diminta tambahan biaya, padahal sambal tersebut sudah dari hari pertama, dan saya menginap 5 malam berarti tidak diganti selimutnya kan. Malah tambah dituduh ada bekas rokok padahal saya dan teman saya tidak merokok dan tidak mengundang orang masuk ke kamar, traveloka partner kok begini.
