Type 2 BR, spacious enough for 1 family. Nice view, cold AC. Wifi is useless. Water is stagnant under the sink in the bathroom. The bathroom smells bad, even though a bathroom freshener is installed, it still smells. It was suggested to move rooms but the room was smaller so we didn't move. When we first moved in, the refrigerator wasn't cold, our food went stale. After the report, the refrigerator was replaced.

The sheets were full of stains, only one towel was given and it was wet and smelly, the hot water didn't work and was small, there was no wifi, the toilet was dirty, the room smelled, and the vibe was scary, when I entered the balcony door was open even though the door was opened outward, it definitely wasn't because of the wind.

Every time I go to Karawang, I've stayed at Mahogany Apartment several times. Impressions: 1. Strategic location, close to the toll road, close to Cikarang, close to the mall, close to everything. 2. The staff is friendly and not fussy. I once got a really dirty room, and many of the rooms didn't work, then I asked to change rooms and they allowed me 😭 honestly, it was really beyond my expectations. So I changed to a clean and fragrant one because the housekeeper had just cleaned it. 3. Public swimming pool, the wind is really nice at night, there's a laundry, supermarket (but they don't give me a price tag), cafe, and restaurant. The restaurant isn't bad, quite good. Next time I want to try the cafe. Haven't tried the gym either. 4. Parking is always full on weekends, payment is per hour but you can use a 15 thousand voucher to go out 4 times, no matter what the hour. 5. The room so far compared to the others is the best, clean, the bed is quiet, soft, the TV is also a smart TV, the AC is normal, the stove is on, the bathroom is clean, the refrigerator is also on, only yesterday the hot water was off, but usually it is on. The view is also good. Towels get one and a toothbrush. The only minus is not given drinking water/tissue and there is no trash can. 7. Next, it seems like you want to rent monthly. Hopefully it will continue to be good or even better, especially in terms of cleanliness, friendliness, service.

The staff is friendly, especially the admin who can be chatted, it makes it very easy for me to ask for an extension and I don't have to go down to the receptionist again, the security is friendly, the service is very satisfying, initially I was on the 23rd floor but unfortunately the sink was clogged, the shower didn't turn on, the next day I extended it and got the 30th floor, the cleanliness was quite okay, staying here for 3 days was fine, I got a pretty good room, the view at night was really beautiful, this was from the 30th floor, next time I will come here again because it is comfortable to stay here with my partner

The apartment is quite good, but when I first entered I met a very arrogant security guard, there was no problem with the room admin. The cleanliness of the room was very dirty, there were lots of sperm stains on the mattress and blanket, the toilet smelled. I didn't bother and immediately moved next door to stay. In my opinion, this is more suitable for a place to just hang out, if it's for healing/working visit to Karawang, not recommended.
