everything is comfortable but the bathroom smells

Near souvenir shops, near affordable food places, friendly hotel staff, comfortable atmosphere, mountain view, river view, favorite menu spicy wing rice, teriyaki chicken rice. Next time I'll stay here again. Overall nice.

This hostel exceeded my expectations when I first booked. At first I thought the quality would be so-so, but it wasn't. With a very affordable price, this hostel provides a pretty good accommodation experience. The staff are friendly & helpful, the open area is quite spacious so it doesn't feel cramped & stuffy, the rooms are clean & the bathroom water flows fast, the food is delicious to our taste, plus the f&b price is also super affordable. Thanks a lot for this great experience, My Dormy Hostel UMM. Keep up the good work!

The room is dirty and leaking. The bathroom is mossy and not very clean. Please improve the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

The AC is cold, the room is comfortable, the downside is that the hot water has a limit and is not always on.

Great, recommended and pocket friendly

For those who have business on campus, this hostel is very close because it is located on campus. The service and cleanliness are also good, but the air conditioner drips water, which is a bit annoying.

For those who need to be close to the UMM campus, this hostel is the best because it is in the UMM area.

Most of it is okay, but the cleanliness of the restaurant's cutlery is very bad, there is still food left on the plates that have just been washed, it's disgusting.

While I understand the semi-dormitory concept, cleanliness should remain a top priority to ensure guest comfort. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned adequately. The towels, which appeared to have lost their original whiteness, should have been replaced. Additionally, I noticed a significant buildup of dust on the table, doors, corners, and floors, which made the stay less comfortable. Breakfast menu also not that hygiene, they left food in open air where flies or dust present. I can recall only 3 overcooked menu, not much of variety.

The view around is okay, the staff is friendly, hot water in the room is no problem. I just got a room that was damp and leaked when it rained. Sorry, input for management to improve the maintenance and cleanliness of the room and restaurant area (lots of flies, the kitchen area is not clean, there is an unpleasant smell) 🙏🏻

Initially, I intended to go to Malang alone to give my child a report card who was staying at the boarding school, because my husband had work at his office (he couldn't come). I was so happy to get information about a cheap hostel near campus. I booked a really cheap room for around 200. I didn't have high expectations for that price. Suddenly my child and husband decided to come along, I thought maybe the room was too small so I booked another room. When I arrived, I regretted booking another room, the room was big enough for three people. Clean, comfortable, nice view, the downside was that it was noisy at night. I understand because there are probably a lot of students.
