The cleaning staff are only ladies who wear headscarves, okay, they are reactive, even though daily cleaning is one of the mandatory services, there is a female cleaning staff who wears glasses and does not wear a headscarf, it is very rude, when I asked for a mat, I was told to get it myself. Even though the mat is a mandatory item so that water does not get spilled.
2. We have to throw away the trash ourselves, at least if we don't want to clean it, provide a broom in each room and pick up the trash at certain times, for example at 10 am in the morning and at 8 pm.
3. There are lots of black ants on the floor in the living/family room, I have evidence in the form of videos and photos.
4. The staff is very slow and not very responsive, then too tricky and tends to underestimate the tenant.
5. Lack of facilities: no clothes hangers, no cutlery, no drinking water dispenser/drinking water heater, the water heater also has a small capacity of water so that hot/warm water only comes out after 5-10 minutes and can be used.
6. The corridor smells of cigarette smoke and unclear smoke even though the request is smoke-free.
7. The sheets and bedcovers are not changed every day, but at least once every 2 days, we stayed for 3 days but they were not changed at all.
