Suggestions: The staff needs to be re-briefed on their friendliness and responsiveness to assisting guests who are having difficulty carrying their belongings. The hotel lobby is full of mosquitoes and needs repellent, as do the rooms. The rooms need good ventilation. Room cleanliness needs to be improved. Unsuitable rooms should not be allocated to guests, as they disrupt their comfort, such as moldy ceilings and walls. Hot water kettles should be provided in each room to make it easier for guests to drink warm water. If you have small children, hot water should be provided in the room and easy to refill. The location is good, strategically located, close to the mosque, but I'd recommend reconsidering my next stay. Hopefully, it will be better in the future.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the condition of the room is that the AC drips and makes the floor wet.

The male receptionist didn't respect my privacy by telling his friend outside that I was staying at this hotel.

Very very bad, we have booked a room but were moved to another hotel because the rooms were sold out. We asked for a refund, we have to wait another 14 days, it's annoying.

We tried to access the room door from the outside to look for items left behind by the previous occupants, even though we entered the room while it was already ready. They should have waited for us to open the door, not tried to access it from the outside because we had privacy in the room. Luckily, the room was locked manually from the inside, and this made us worried about continuing to stay. Hopefully, things will get better in the future. 🙏😌

Got into the smoking room and it smell soo bad, n there’s sum stain on the pillowcase

The hotel is nice. My suggestion is that when guests want to check in, they should check the room's readiness. Some rooms don't have soap, and there are no foot towels from the bathroom.

The location is in the city center, with many food vendors and minimarkets nearby. However, the room's ambiance and atmosphere are less than ideal; the room is small for the price.
