suitable for vacation..strategic location..

Room is okay, but Wi-Fi is down. Curtain is broken.

Dirty bedroom, door can't be locked. Receptionist said outside bathroom, but shower and sink can't be used.

During the check-in process, we had to wait for a really long time, then when we were sleeping soundly at 3am, someone was banging on the door while trying really hard to open the door. I swear this hotel is really unclear. After that, it was noisy and people were shouting for no reason outside the room. I swear this hotel is really bad, I don't recommend it.

The facilities are incomplete, no toiletries are provided. Towels and toothbrushes are not provided. Then there is no mat either. So after coming out of the bathroom, you can't use a mat so the floor gets dirty.

Honestly, I'm always very careful when choosing a place to stay. This is my honest review please😭😭🙏🏻 The service is okay, the staff is very friendly and you can check in 24 hours. But unfortunately I had a bad experience here☹️. 1. The AC in the room is not cold at all!😭😭. 2. The room key is broken! You have to call the guy if you want to go in and out of the room because they hold the key😭. 3. Then next to my room is a place to store cleaning equipment or a warehouse!😭😭. 4. The shower also doesn't work very well. 5. The room is dark and the condition of the blanket and sheets are shabby🥲. I expected more for that price and the photos are also good. When I entered, I was really shocked because the room was not well maintained. For those of you who want to take it, please think again. It's better to add a little to 200k so you can get a hotel that isn't as scary as this. And hopefully this review can be an evaluation for the hotel, please🙏🏻

Nice & clean. Cold AC. Easy to go out and find food

Yesterday, I ordered 1 superior twin room and 2 AC cabins. It turned out that when I checked in, I got a cabin without AC, the AC was outside the room, aka in the corridor. When I was going to enter one of the cabins (around 10 pm), it turned out that the room was occupied by someone else and smelled of cigarettes. For the superior twin room, overall it was okay, for that price.

Honestly this is really bad, the receptionist said the AC is shared, but it turns out there is no AC in the room at all and there is no air circulation + the AC is only in the corridor. And it was not explained that the shared AC is only meant for the corridor.

The first thing that is the worst is the cleanliness. Very dirty for a hotel of this price. In fact, there are many hotels that are cheaper but clean. The towels are shabby. I was confused, is it a towel or a dirty cloth. The toilet is already dirty (see photo). The bathroom smells bad. The pillows and blankets smell rancid as if they haven't been washed properly and still smell of the previous guest's remains. Then the refill gallon is empty but not filled, then there is a dirty cloth stuck to the gallon. The wifi is slow. I only came here once. The hotel is dirty.

The closet in the room I used was not working properly, the rest was okay with a cheap price, but only given 1 towel when checking in. The room is quite spacious. I recommend if you just want to sleep.

The room is nice, the location is close to the city, but the pillow case has dirty stains, the blanket is clean, the towels are a bit shabby, and there is no automatic door lock.

I forgot to take a photo of the food and the room, the food at this hotel is really delicious, highly recommended

It's noisy and the surrounding community can use the hotel facilities as they please.
