Check in took a long time. Even though we arrived at 4 pm. And for breakfast, they really don't respect the guests at that price. Bad service.

Only one inconvenience: the bath towel quality was not good at all. It's not water-absorbing.

Recommended. Clean and does not smell of cigarettes, strategic location close to Grand Indonesia. Walk less than 5 minutes and you will arrive. The staff are also friendly and helpful. It's just a shame the bed size does not match the one listed in the room type. It says King Size but got Queen size. Other than that, everything is ok.

For a twin bedroom it is very narrow. I don't know what advice to give, but the size of the room is too narrow.

Have been to Grand Thamrin many times, it is very comfortable to stay, only the food is lacking.

The hotel is located right next to Grand Indonesia, and the view from the room is towards West Mall.

The bed was broken so it made a sound, the shower was broken so we tied it up using plastic,

Security was very helpful when checking out

The hotel is just a few steps to Grand Indonesia Mall and Menara BCA, coincidentally I have an appointment at these 2 places. Overall all is good.
