Wonderful & cozy budget place for stay.

for check in it takes so long, the staff is not friendly, then the vibe of the room is like it has not been used for a long time (a little scary), the toilet is damaged, and the chair next to the table is fragile, there is 1 lamp that is not on in the family room. My suggestion is to improve the surrounding facilities to be better and please use lights in every hallway so that it looks bright and does not seem scary (because in some parts of the hallway there are no lights installed). because the vibe is like a hospital.

Need upgrade and make clean all rooms. Not worth it, the bathroom is not clean. Nice room with password but the facilities are very lacking, not kids friendly.

I don't want to stay in a hotel this complicated anymore, check in and everything must use your own application, pretending to be a smart home in a shabby hotel, where the shower is not working, if you ask for a bucket, they don't give you a ladle, then I take a shower by diving into the bucket like that? The water heater is dead, it's really not right and I don't want it anymore‼️

The water pipe was leaking so it flooded the bathroom, the pillowcases were a bit smelly, luckily there were towels so I put them under them, the floor was pretty clean, the TV had no signal so it was useless to have a TV, basically staying at a price of 350 was far from my expectations 😭

just checked in, not long after out again! does not match the photo in the application. very dusty, no facilities, very flat pillows. basically the application photo is very different from the real thing.

Just checked in, rested for 10 minutes, and then checked out! Why? Starting from the check in process, it was complicated, even a 5-star hotel is not this complicated at all, I've only stayed at RedDoorz twice and this time it was super strange from the check in process, the room was really dirty, even the lights in the room were like a chicken coop, the AC was leaking, the room smelled really damp, the TV didn't work, and what's even stranger is that I gave my special request in the note "not at the end" but they gave it at the end.

The bed sheet is dirty, the bathroom smells, the TV is dead, the AC remote is dead and the floor of the room is dirty, I swear I'm fed up. It doesn't match the picture!
