The AC is not cold, the food menu lacks variety. The 2 times I've been here, the menu has always been fried chicken.

OK, for a hotel in Cilacap city, the rooms are quite big, but the lighting in the bathroom is lacking.

The location is right in the middle of the city, on Sundays right in front of the hotel there is a car free day. The rooms are clean and spacious

I am quite satisfied with my experience staying at this hotel. The location is strategic, close to the city center, and easy to access. The cleanliness is also very good, the bedroom and bathroom are clean. The service is friendly, the staff is helpful, and the facilities are quite complete. The check-in and check-out process is also fast, so it's not complicated. The room is comfortable, the size is just right, and the atmosphere is good for resting. But unfortunately, the food is less than satisfactory. The taste and variety are just ordinary. So for food, I give a lower rating.

Overall it's good, but the food menu is not extensive, there aren't many snacks.
