Friendly staff, clean rooms, recommended if you go to Bandung to stay here again.

The hotel is clean, the food is delicious and has many variants, the staff is friendly, there is a welcome drink + cookies in the lobby, in the room you also get 3 large cookies, you get complete amenities and toiletries, you get 2 bottles of Aqua and 1 pulpy. The security is also friendly, ready to park in and out of the car. Highly recommended.

everything is ok. but breakfast is not ready when we arrived at 6.30. then please don't make the rice too spicy because it's called breakfast, we definitely need something that's not spicy.

very nice room, and spacious. bathroom is excelent, with rain shower. with japanese style closet makes it perfect. breakfast is excelent. sure will come back.

the staff is very friendly and helpful, comfortable, cleanliness needs to be improved especially the bathroom, it's really obvious that it's never been cleaned. but the facilities are top notch. road access is difficult because it's one way so if you want to go here from Ciwal using a vehicle you have to take a long way🥲

There was only a problem with the automatic lock on the room door, but the staff was very quick to help.

The check in and out process is very fast, there is no room check first and no deposit, all the receptionists are very friendly, the lobby area is nice with lots of sofas to wait, the parking lot for cars and motorbikes is also spacious, close to everywhere in the center of Bandung, use the application to access the elevator and the room, the room itself is also very nice, very luxurious, premium, the room I got is very spacious, I got a window view that faces the street across the hotel where there is a good restaurant, all the room facilities are complete, there is AC, wifi, hot water, toiletries, a mini fridge filled with pulpy orange and 2 bottles of water, I got cookies, there is an electric kettle, glasses and tea and coffee, the room is clean and bright, the TV already has Netflix, just use it to watch it, there is also a sofa and a mini safe, there are 2 pieces of clothes for bathing, and the bathroom glass can be transparent or closed with curtains. Breakfast is on the 5th floor, big, luxurious, spacious, premium, the food and drinks are varied and delicious, the staff is very quick to clean dirty plates and glasses, seeing a little bit of empty dirty plates and glasses that have been used, the staff will immediately take them from our table. The service is very satisfying for the first time trying to stay here, I will be very happy and choose to be able to stay here again next time, highly recommended if you are in Bandung!
