The hotel is close to the destination, the service is friendly, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast has many variants, suitable for families. There are only a few when checking in is a bit long, compared to what I usually stay at other hotels. The rest is good.

The atmosphere is nice, close to everywhere but facilities like AC need to be improved. For food, it is less varied and in terms of taste it is also very lacking. The food is not finished being eaten but has been taken from the table, it should not be like that.

Actually, I really like it and want to come back, but the friendliness of the staff is not evenly distributed across all lines.

As a walk-in guest from Linggarjati - Kuningan, I had the pleasure of staying overnight at Arion Suite. The next morning, I visited the restaurant, which was bustling with activity, but the staff managed the operations with ease. They were incredibly welcoming, and the F&B Manager, Pak Deris, who was dressed in batik, was particularly engaging with the guests. He ensured the buffet food was constantly refilled. The chef was also friendly. Overall, the food was amazing! There were plenty of local Nusantara dishes to offer in this restaurant, and all the dishes were succulent and very tasty. What truly impressed me, however, was the hotel's thoughtful gesture of providing a prayer room in the basement for Friday prayers. To make it even more special, they offered a coffee break for Muslim guests who attended the prayer. This kind of attention to detail and respect for guests' cultural practices is truly remarkable. I don't often see this level of hospitality in other hotels. I highly recommend Arion Suite for its exceptional hospitality. Please extend my regards to all the staff, especially the F&B team. We spent almost a week on vacation in Bandung.. and moved hotels several times just to find the closest access from the tourist destinations we were going to.. and Arion Hotel was the best choice. Really good quality hotel. We even extended our stay because the room was comfortable and clean.. especially the breakfast was really amazing with lots of variants 👍🫰 We're very satisfied.. value for money and very highly recommended.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. So far it's okay but there are some notes. Check in took a long time, more than 10 minutes. Searching for my name didn't find it, until finally I saw the hotel voucher on my cellphone and found it, the system needs to be fixed so that it doesn't take long to check in. The lobby is quite spacious, with lots of sofas to sit and take pictures. The rooms are spacious with carpets, clean. The bathroom is also clean but because it's old there are parts that look dirty but actually it's not dirty but just because it's old. The swimming pool is quite spacious, there's a pool for children. The water is just ordinary, not warm. The food is quite tasty, more of a variety of Indonesian menus, there are no western or Korean/Japanese menus. The hotel is close to the governor's residence, near the station, there are BNI, Mandiri and BRI ATMs in front of the hotel. Not far from the hotel there are souvenir shops such as Kartika Sari, Surabi Notosuman and Baso Tahu

Good friendly staff, delicious varied food

Clean, friendly staff, even though it's a smoking room, the room smells. Nice place!

Strategic location, clean, friendly staff

The room was actually quite comfortable, but when you opened the window, the view was the back of someone's house. The TV was also problematic. Even though it was fixed by a technician, there was still no broadcast except for the hotel's advertisement. The receptionist was very helpful when checking in early at no additional cost.

It was a good hotel for a cheap price

It's okay, but when there's a wedding, it's too crowded until the evening, and if you want to use the elevator, you have to queue for a long time because the elevator can only accommodate a few people. But it's okay.

Strategic location. But when I arrived, there was no greeter at the front. The bellboy also had to be called first. I brought my own luggage and put it in the lobby. Then the bellboy came. The internet connection was a bit slow. Could be improved. I had to call the technician twice. I could only watch TV.

Second time staying here, very comfortable, staff very helpful, spacious and clean room. For breakfast there are many choices.

The last time I came here was with Swiss Bell Hotel. It's still ok, it just seems like there's a touch missing compared to before. But still okay.

The staff and security are friendly, there are 3 elevator accesses so you don't need to queue to go up and down. the rooms are spacious and clean, airtight too, so it's comfortable to rest. Close to the station, lots of culinary places and souvenirs. Next trip to Bdg, I will stay here again.

Friendly staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. Complete room facilities. But the bathroom is small. 😄
