Clean, complete room facilities - fast Wi-Fi. Strategic location, 24-hour food service in front of the hotel, a large mall just across the street. The hotel staff is polite and friendly. Suggestion: The minimum laundry fee of 60,000 Rupiah per 3 kg is very expensive. How about lowering the minimum fee to 20,000 Rupiah per 1 kg? Staying at the hotel daily means laundry is impossible, but it takes 2-3 days to get 1 kg.

The location is very strategic, just a short walk to the mall and Delipark. The hotel meets the standards for the price offered. The water smells, probably because it uses water from the surrounding ground and is not properly treated to make it suitable for use. Water treatment needs to be improved so that the water used by guests is odorless and suitable for use.

Nice hotel to stay for a few nights

At the beginning of checking in at the hotel, I was asked for a deposit of Rp. 50,000, then given the room key, after opening the room, I found the previous guest's trash had not been thrown away. "It just so happened that there was still a cleaning staff," I immediately asked to check it myself and to throw away the trash. The room was quite adequate and the air conditioning was cold, the bathroom was quite clean, but I had to pay attention again to the corners which were still dirty. The towels were not clean and still looked dull and dirty. The room was not soundproof, had a slight smell, the advantage was that it was close to the Podomoro Mall. Hopefully the shortcomings can be improved.
