Hotel staffs allowed us for early check-in as there is available rooms. Spacious and comfortable hotel. Only thing is need to change different lift to get to the room. Overall, we did have a pleasant stay.

The room is clean and spacious. The location is perfect, walking distance to central world mall, big C. Pratunam Market and Platinum mall just a minute from the hotel.

Pratunam market only downstair, Platinum mall and December just across from our hotel. Nearby so many food sellers. Perfect location.

Stapp is ok too. Booked the one bedroom suite at higher price, but was told it 's the same as Glow Suite (which is way lower in price). I have checked with app team prior to my trip if one bedroom suite and glow suite are the same-they assured me they are different.

The location is really difficult to take a grab, there is no separate parking lot so it's difficult to have to make an appointment with the grab driver. Everything sold is Aqua, even if you ask for extra Aqua, you have to buy it.

I had the most pleasant stay here. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were very kind and helpful ☺ The location was perfect for those who want to go shopping, it is located right across to the Platinum Mall, December etc. I would highly recommend it to everyone ❤.

Pros: Affordable rate. Near to Pratunam market. Huge and clean room. Cons: Can hear the noise from corridor and room doors opening/closing clearly. Front desk lady-Ms. Supreme was always rude and unapproachable. No late check out, received call at 12.10pm to vacant room as it was running full house. When we left at 12.15pm, 3 check out rooms on our floor were pending cleaning. Would appreciate if they gave us the extra 30 mins.

The room is clean, location super good, bed is comfortable, staff very friendly especially bell boy name Jack provide very good service and help me take my big luggage to taxi driver.

Good hotel, strategic location, good house keeping, clean and comfortable.

Large rooms, strategic location and great service

Very good location, situated on the main road, foods, massage, shopping malls are easily accessible. Opposite to Platinum Mall and within walking distance to Big C, Erawan Four Face Buddha, Central world, etc. The hotel was free upgrade us to a bigger room with bathtub when saw us come with a toddler. We will definitely return to this hotel again!
