2nd time stay in sovereign. Next time when I visit BKK again, I will still choose sovereign. Thank you.

Without breakfast, strategic and not noisy, it's just a shame there's no scale for large luggage, suggestions should be there to measure luggage

The location is super nice, very central. The hotel is surprisingly quiet (I got it on the 5th floor), not noisy, I slept soundly, and the standard room was quite complete and clean. Overall, a nice stay, especially for those who are shopping in the Pratunam area.

There's road construction in front, making it difficult to travel. The elevator is limited to a certain floor. The room layout is confusing, but I can understand it. But the air conditioner isn't very cool, and the bathroom is terrible. The ceiling leaks. When the room on the upper floor showers or uses the bathroom, water drips down all the time. I don't feel comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. Quick check-in/out procedures. Surrounded by Pratunam area, suitable for those who like to shop for clothes. The hotel is at the end of the alley but rest assured that cars and tuktuks can still go in. The room is clean but only suitable for the criteria of going out all day and coming home to sleep at night!

Clean & comfortable. Recommended to book a more spacious room for comfortable movement. Superb location.

I got a room on the 6th floor and there was only an elevator up to the 5th floor, but the bellboy was very helpful with carrying things.
