Sorry to say 🙏 we booked for a staycation on April 3-4, 2025. Got it on the 8th floor. At the beginning of the elevator, we were a bit speechless with young couples who wanted to check in too, not only in the elevator, in the basement parking lot, in the swimming pool with a depth of only about 60 cm they were busy making out, my child wanted to swim in the afternoon until I didn't allow it because we were "irritated", almost a lot that day. Entering the room, we were confused by the leaking sink, but the helpful staff immediately cleaned it. The view from the balcony faces the highway with many public transportation honking and stopping. When our child finished bathing, the towels were clean but the smell of Bayclin was very pungent at night, we were really unable to sleep with the sound of the motorbike exhausts passing by, plus our bodies felt itchy sleeping on the mattress, my husband even found traces of saliva on the pillow that we had not used at all and it smelled. However, behind all that, there is a good side to Sienna, with affordable rates equipped with a swimming pool, a strategic location close to everywhere, friendly gatekeepers, and equally friendly receptionists, for Sienna Residence, please improve the cleanliness aspect, good luck 🙏

Good for that price, the facilities are quite good

I was a little surprised because above my room at 1am there was the sound of someone sawing and pushing a table several times, although I was a little scared, but luckily there were two of us.

For motorbike parking, it is best to separate the parking for hotel guests and other residents because it is often full.

Overall it's good in terms of service and cleanliness, but in terms of breakfast it's not suitable for those who bring family, information from the waiter because it's not the weekend so breakfast is delivered to each room and the menu is not varied, in terms of taste it's also just ordinary 🙏🏻

the hotel staff is friendly. access to the hotel is also easy. but the most disappointing thing is that I got a room that seemed to be rarely used, and was never cleaned. the bathroom smelled, there were lots of spider webs, the sink was leaking, there were lots of tomcats and other insects, and yes the room floor was dusty, the bed felt like it had lots of sand, the balcony also seemed to have never been cleaned, the hallway outside the room was also dirty. maybe it needs to be improved again for cleanliness. I stayed for 2 nights, but the room was not cleaned at all, the trash was still piled up. yes, hopefully in the future there will be improvements from the hotel to routinely clean rooms that are rarely used, at least prepared before guests come to stay.

Have stayed here many times, the location is very strategic, easy to reach with various culinary places very close to visit.

Comfortable but honestly this is the first time I have extended my room for 1 day, but the staff just came in without knocking on the door without any information, I felt uncomfortable honestly, it was very different from the place I stayed, they informed me and knocked on the door before coming in, so I could get ready before opening the door. I really felt uncomfortable,

Clean comfortable friendly staff too. For complete sanitary. AC and TV work well. There is also a heater so it is provided mineral drinks coffee tea complete anyway.

Pool. The pool is suitable for children because it is not too deep. The hotel is 5 km from IPB because there is an activity there. The location is easy to find and if you take public transportation it seems easy because in front of the hotel there are many public transportation. The hotel is in the same building as the apartment.

the entrance and exit are full of angkots like an angkot terminal so it's a bit uncomfortable to get in and out of the hotel....but the room is comfortable hy the bathroom door handle needs to be replaced

Great, cheap prices but not cheap facilities. The bathroom is really clean. We will stay here next time.
