To the Management of Abadi Conver Hotel
I would like to convey a complaint regarding the security of the parking lot at your hotel. On [13-14], my helmet was lost in the parking area of the hotel where I was staying. This incident shows negligence in supervision, considering that the parking area should be part of a safe facility for guests.
I am disappointed because the hotel did not provide any responsibility or solution for this loss. Moreover, there was no prior notification that the hotel would not take responsibility if a loss occurred. If indeed the security of goods in the parking lot is not the hotel's responsibility, there should be clear information to guests so that they can be more vigilant.
The presence of security guards and security systems such as CCTV in the parking area should be able to prevent incidents like this. However, in my case, no assistance was provided to trace this loss, indicating a lack of concern for guest safety.
I hope the hotel can provide a response and solution to this incident. If the hotel does prioritize the comfort and safety of its guests, there should be concrete steps to prevent similar things from happening in the future. I await a professional response and action from the hotel.
Because I have been a guest here for years and I also recommend to my colleagues and community friends, if you can come here, because of this we will not come here again ✅
Yours sincerely,
