The place is really nice, but the food only has 2 variations.

The room smells damp and the ceiling still has a lot of spiders. It looks like it has just been renovated but the results are not optimal and the air circulation and air cleanliness are not optimal when the renovation is finished so that it is comfortable to live in afterwards. Hopefully the damp smell and dirt in the sky will be cleaned. I recommend the hotel to Blora residents, my parents' experience of staying there was not optimal

The first time at Santoso Hotel, I arrived in the middle of MLM, before arriving, they had already called me with the excuse that there was trouble in one room, while the other room was for my children and my mother, they wanted to direct me to another room at another hotel, when I asked for a forced check-in, I didn't know there was another guest, aka double check-in, you can do that... I was the first to buy the ticket and was about to be beaten by the new arrival, I will never stay at Santoso again, the bathroom also smells, the bed is noisy, making it uncomfortable, basically it's really not good for me

For cleanliness, comfort, and location it is very good, but maybe the food (especially at breakfast) can be evaluated from the taste, and also please provide tissues or a sink.

Really satisfied here. And the bed and blanket are very comfortable to sleep soundly, the bathroom is clean. The deluxe room is big 👍 will be a subscription if you go to Blora

Need to be improved for: there is a telephone in the room to the receptionist, more electrical sockets, there is a small spoon for making coffee/tea. There is a place & tissue roll in the toilet. Written instructions for operating the shower, the bathroom takes a long time to get hot and after hot becomes very hot, it is better to have the lever in the middle, after hot, the lever is turned to the cold direction to the desired temperature. My suggestion above for the VIP room that I used while in Blora.

The taste of the food is very less than hotel standards, even the employees don't know what an omelette is. The cooking needs to be improved.

The rooms are clean & comfortable, only for the breakfast menu the service is long and there are not many menu choices.

I asked for a no-smoking room, but there were cigarette marks, the room was not spacious. It had been cleaned but it still smelled of cigarettes, there was no shampoo, only a small amount of toothpaste for two people, but thank God I was given more.

The hotel is good, the soto breakfast is delicious, the location is strategic. However, the room I booked was damp, the walls and floor were wet.

Lumayan bersih, tapi banyak sekali nyamuk dan tidak ada pengering rambut. Saran sebelum tamu datang, kamar di semprot baygon, dan stand by pengering rambut yang bisa di pinjam.

New rooms with cozy and quiet places to rest if you got the new building at the back of the lobby. Like the smell of the liquid soap but bad smells came from the drainage (camphor would be great to temporarily solve the problem) and hopefully next time the internet quality can be upgraded. Thanks

The rooms are clean and tidy. The mattress is also soft. Suitable for business or short family trips. If you need anything, it's also near Luwes.

Strategic location. Friendly pool service, standard food, the menu is always the same. Cleanliness okay.
