Everything is ok, it's just a pity there is no elevator, so if you carry things it's a bit difficult

Please improve the internet speed, the WiFi is super slow, even when I want to zoom in on a meeting or watch YouTube, it lags, and it also sounds noisy outside the room like someone is doing karaoke so I can't rest on the weekend from morning to evening, the pillows are hard and it hurts my neck. Other than that, the food is delicious, the cleanliness is okay.

It's not bad for just stopping by, because it's really needed considering the location is close to the city center. Other than that, that's it.

The floor of the room is very very very dirty. If there is no mat, our feet will be black. The hotel atmosphere is very noisy. The workers do not know the time to clean the room after the guest has stayed. The hot water is just not cold. The bathroom drain is clogged. The only good thing is the large room size.

The bathroom is dim, no mirror in any of the rooms. The reviews are not as good as the room when you see it.
