The hotel is located near Balijoe, Mixwell and Bottom Up Clubs, there are many restaurants around the hotel, the hotel is really strategic but the drawbacks are the cheap and hard mattresses, there is no water or other room amenities. Housekeeping also if not asked to change towels every day then it is not done. Must be by request for changing towels and room sheets. At first, the sheets smelled a bit musty. The bathroom is okay. There was a room that we ordered, the AC was not cold in the 6th floor room.

The hotel staff are not all friendly, only some are friendly. We were left to unload our own belongings from the car and carry our belongings to the room using a trolley because we had quite a lot of stuff, without any pleasantries from the staff. The car park is very narrow, even to maneuver is difficult. The location is quite good and easy to find. Suggestion: improve the friendliness of all unfriendly staff and improve staff concern.

the location is okay in the Seminyak area although not as strategic as Kuta. The parking lot is a bit narrow especially for cars. When I first entered, the AC leaked until it got wet on the floor but after that it was immediately serviced even though it wasn't that cold, the only good thing is the room is clean and cleaned every day. The worst thing is the breakfast, 4 days of breakfast, 3 days always ran out, once refilled only a few pieces. The last day I got breakfast because I requested it to be taken away, got fried rice and satay even though the fried rice was bland

The location is quite crowded, the hotel is comfortable, the food has many variations..great
