It was quite fun for me and the kids during our staycation at Wilo Hotel Bengkulu.

Check-in time should be more amenable because it takes 30 minutes longer to check-in because the room is not ready.

This hotel is really wow. Highly recommended..

Wilo Hotel is good, the only drawback is the lift and parking lot. It's tiring to go to the room from the parking lot, you have to walk carrying a suitcase and lots of stuff.

Highly recommended for business trips

There is no security to greet guests and park their cars, there is no elevator yet, it's tiring to carry suitcases up and down the stairs. The staff are friendly, check in and check out are fast. On the first day of staying, I took a bath in the swimming pool, there was a lot of moss and the water was green😁😁, thank God it was cleaned on the second day. The location is very close to Panjang Beach, only 5 minutes, Zakat Beach, MD Land Beach and also very close to Bencoolen Mall, the room size is quite spacious, but it is not soundproof, if someone passes by it is very noisy, it's my first time staying at a hotel, there are mosquitoes and ants. The breakfast is very lacking in variety, only water and the main dish is only fried chicken, there is only one type of fruit. The most dissatisfied is the availability of a hair dryer, even though it is listed as a bathroom facility in the application, but it turns out there is none, you have to borrow it from the receptionist first. The wifi is not reliable at all.

Wilo hotel is quite good, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, complete amenities, clean towels, quite tasty food, recommended for those who need accommodation in Bengkulu.😊👍
