The staff is friendly and the place is comfortable.

The hotel is strategically located, not too far from Hang Nadim Airport. Located in a shopping area. Easy to shop and culinary, there is a food court located at the MTC entrance gate. If you bring a vehicle, parking is still free of charge. Easy check-in and check-out, although a deposit is still required. The room size is adequate for praying. I happened to get a room right next to the elevator with a window that has a wall view 😁. The room facilities are quite good, although the sheets and bed cover look less clean. The AC is okay. The hot shower is also okay. An electric kettle and mini bar are provided. The breakfast menu is quite good, with standard menu variations, and starts at 7 am. Friendly hotel staff. And a free airport shuttle is provided. Overall, as a transit place, it's okay.

Nice and big, it smells good too.... it's close to the airport and there are lots of places to eat around the hotel... but if you don't feel like going out, the food at the hotel is also delicious and cheap.... there's a free shuttle service to the airport, we checked out at 5.30 but the hotel staff escorted us... thank you, hopefully the hotel will be more successful, sorry I forgot to take a picture of the room

The location is close to my work activities. There are also many food vendors, souvenirs and pharmacies around that are open 24 hours. Online public transportation is easy to get. 5 minutes from the airport, pick-up and drop-off available from the hotel.

Very good with a relatively standard price, the front room is spacious and there is a mini fridge. The area near the airport has many places to eat.

Sending warm greetings from Batam! I just finished my business trip and stayed at mtc inn. Although it is only a 2-star hotel, my experience here was quite pleasant. The room I stayed in was quite spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a day of activities. The room facilities are also quite complete, there is AC, TV, and free WiFi. The room price at mtc inn is very affordable compared to other hotels in the same location. With the facilities offered, the room price here is very worth it.

I happened to check in at night around 10pm, when I arrived it turned out the bath towel was not ready, they said it was still waiting to be delivered from the laundry. When I checked the bathroom it turned out the bottle of liquid soap was empty. Because I was tired and was only staying for 1 night so I just wanted to rest, I took a shower without a towel and used the shampoo provided in the bathroom and also used it as soap lol. I took breakfast away because my flight was in the morning, the cooking spices were delicious, salty, spicy. It was delicious, so I was disappointed because the towel and soap were erased. lol btw the hotel area is crowded with street vendors until the evening so there's no need to be afraid of being hungry. Overall everything was pretty good.

The hotel is comfortable, close to the airport, very suitable for transit. Cheap price for such facilities.

The sheets are dirty, there are black rickshaws. On the walls are almost the same in some parts.

Make sense of price and facilities, the best anyway. Keep improving so as not to be a terminal of increasingly tight hotel competition in Batam.
