good place, comfortable, good service

It was nice, but the service in the lobby when I first arrived was really rude.

The hotel staff is friendly, the service is good, the lobby and the area leading to the room are all clean, the room and toilet are also clean, there is a refrigerator and there is a lift, the location is also strategic, the hotel is behind the Tugu Jogja station, JD for those who want to go to the Tugu Jogja and Malioboro areas, it is recommended to stay here 🫰

The distance is quite close to Tugu Station and Malioboro, walkable. Friendly staff, clean room just lacking amenities and not soundproof. Overall ok and good.

I didn't expect to get such a comfortable hotel for that price. I really like the concept of the room which is industrial minimalist, clean, towels are also neatly packed. The bed. Top. Fixed, become a regular.

I chose this hotel because I was in Jogja on a whim and this was the only hotel that had rooms available on the dates I wanted. Overall, the room, cleanliness, and food were okay. Unfortunately, we just found out that there is a rule to leave the car key because of the limited parking space. The frontliner staff were also seen to be less friendly to visitors and GoFood drivers. For the staff in the restaurant, please add more because they seem overwhelmed between registering guests who want to have breakfast and cleaning up the cutlery after use. Hopefully it can be fixed.

Next time, God willing, I'll come here again.

It's good that there's a balcony, but the downside is that there's no drinking water or coffee in the room.

The hotel is nice, the room is also very comfortable. But the smell of the sewer comes out of the drain. Also, the receptionist is annoying. At the beginning of check-in, those who came first were not informed to write down their names. I was the first to arrive but ended up being the last to enter. It was hilarious. Next time, fix the system. So the receptionist should be welcoming. 😒

Road access is still a bit lacking after 11pm.

The toilet flush is broken, I'm on the 2nd floor, room 10, the shower spray button is broken. The rest is okay, next time add a hanger, the bed sheet has stains and so does the blanket.

You can walk to the Malioboro area, Tugu, and the Kopi Joss stalls. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, there are very comfortable pillows and bolsters, and there is a balcony so you can dry clothes that are wet from the rain.

Overall okay. The standard in all hotel chains is the same from the shape of the building, interior, to the facilities. Amenities are only soap in the soap dispenser, toothbrush. There is no bar soap for washing hands. There is no shower cap and others. But its okay. The downside is that the checkout time is too early. 11 am.

The staff is friendly, the AC is cold and there is a balcony.
