Check in and check out are very fast and easy, the staff is friendly, you get a cheap price, check in room has a hairdryer, the room is clean and tidy, just a bit cramped, otherwise it's okay..

Always happy every time I go to Solo Neo Gading is always my choice to stay. Maintain the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff. Very recommended.

i understand for the limited parking area. i know that security have to give well services. but in a way some issues found here. room was fine as standard archipalego ***. restaurant and fo give best services. despite of we found the chicken wasn't defrost perfect. recommended

The location is quite strategic and easy to reach. The rooms are quite good in terms of cleanliness, although at night the surrounding atmosphere is a bit noisy and sounds from outside can be heard into the room. Parking is limited but assisted by officers with valet facilities. The breakfast served is fairly simple, with a menu such as rice, bread, eggs, various side dishes, and fruits. Overall, it is quite recommended to stay here while in Solo.

Location is strategic near the palace and the traditional market. Staff is excellent and very friendly. But The room needs to be maintained again because there are some parts that are dirty and starting to get damaged.

actually the hotel staff is friendly, there are only a few things that need to be upgraded, for example: a. there is no telephone in the room so if you need anything you have to go to the receptionist in the lobby. b. the taste, variety & amount of breakfast food is very minimal & limited. At 8.00 my husband had breakfast but almost all the food was finished, even the eggs and fried rice had to wait for the refill. Even though it was said that breakfast was until 10.00 WIB. but maybe because I stayed during the Eid holiday so it was high season, hopefully in the future it can be better.. thank you

Overall very satisfied and will come back again. Only maybe the car parking is lacking.

The staff is friendly. At that time I requested for early check-in and it turned out to be possible because the room was available. The room also smells good. The location is strategic on the side of the road, but the car park is indeed quite limited. So if it is full, we have to leave the key to the security guard.

Staff are great, fast respond, service excellent. Location OK, but would be good if the parking area had more space.

The room is clean, the AC is cold, there is a refrigerator & hairdryer. Only the room is not soundproof so the sound from outside the room can still be heard so it is a bit disturbing.
