Undeniably beautiful structure but regrettably uncomfortable and just a sad place to spend a vacation here . Management was sparse.... Barely present, chaotic and disorganized. You can hear clear voices down to the hallways and your neighboring rooms. The bathroom was dirty, full of hair and use of previous use with toiletries tampered with. The only decent part of our 3-night stay here was the food, decent, some plates were notable. Breakfast was lovely (and the service), with items that are in-house made (at it should be), but very basic and limited quantities. It's a pity, so much potential but it leaves much to be desired.

We stayed only one night. The rooms are great. Definitely has a luxurious feel to it. Bathrooms are great. Beds were comfortable. We just went into town (which is very close to the hotel) for dinner. Free parking. My only complaint is the breakfast situation. They didn't refill the prosciutto. So we essentially had a croissant & juice for breakfast. They provide a very light breakfast (which is not a problem) it's perfect if your gonna be going out on a hike.

We stayed last weekend, fabulous location, rooms and the entire structure including the very clean SPA. Hospitality and courtesy at the top. We felt welcomed like family. We will definitely be back. Rita and Enrico

We stop at 10.30 after walking to get to the beautiful panoramic relais and take a look as a probable future dinner, we ask for a drink, asking if they do bar service, the girl (who was sipping a Coca-Cola) says yes...she goes towards her mother and he says we wanted to have a beer and a coffee... his mother replies: no! now we have to prepare for lunch! they dismissed us even in a rude way. so we'll have dinner there with the pipe... but I say a 4 star who refuses to make you drink and I repeat there was no one inside or outside the tables were not set... 10.30 ... well if they treat customers like this how can it be a 4 star???? nice place but....😳

Spent 2 nights... but in my opinion the price of the room should not exceed 70 euros... no 180
