The hotel staff is very friendly and responds quickly. We received many complementary items, starting from baby bath sets for the children, welcome drinks and evening snacks, thank you.

room wasn't ready for 45minutes after check in time (compensated with late check out), other than that was an amazing stay, stunning views

Please brief the security that the front lobby area should be allowed special parking for supercar valets because not all cars can be parked in the general valet parking area.

Good service, nice hotel, nice staff.

I ate at the restaurant and ordered oxtail soup, the soup was sweet and the soup was brown and the white rice was soft, not suitable to be eaten with a soupy menu. Please improve the taste of the oxtail soup and the white rice served. Thank you.

Staff is very friendly, whirlpool and swimming pool are awesome

The most interesting thing about this hotel is the swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, steam room, sauna room and bar.

The facilities and friendliness of the staff are very satisfying.

The price of the food that I paid through the app was 600 RB per pax x 2 people = 1.2 million. After arriving at the hotel, it was only 280 RB per pax x 2 people = 560 thousand. The profit is very big.

Definitely one of the finest hotels I ve ever stayed and so far the most hospitable, kind, and helpful hotel staffs I ve ever experienced. I like all the complimentary as well, including the room upgrade. Few things to be noted: the surroundings of the hotel are not convenient enough for me and in the restaurant I found that some plates need attention for its hygiene. Overall it was one of the most satisfying stays for me. I definitely will come back in the future. Thank you.
