I am very happy to be able to staycation at this hotel, the location is strategic, comfortable, the food has a lot of variety, and the hotel staff are friendly.. I hope it can be maintained.. only the parking space is a bit limited, hopefully more parking can be added.. thank you.

Stayed here for a staycation. The room was nice and clean. The AC was cool. The only downside was that the bathroom exhaust was broken and didn't work. Hopefully, this will be fixed in the future. The room service was delicious, delivered quickly and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was also good and varied. The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance and plenty of seating, so you don't have to crowd when it's busy. I'll definitely be back again. It was a great experience.

From a hotel perspective, everything was fine. The rooms, cleanliness, friendly staff, delicious food, and extensive menu were all excellent. My suggestion for the future would be to provide bottled water in the rooms. Or, provide dispensers in the corridors so people can get it themselves. I had to wake up at 4:30 a.m. because the nearby mosque was already reciting the Quran and the sound was loud. The caretaker was late, even though dawn was almost 5:00. So that's a factor external to the hotel.

The hotel location is very strategic in the middle of the city. Easy access to anywhere. The room is quite spacious, neat, and clean. I like this hotel the most, there is a bolster. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and it is always the best. The restaurant is located on the roof top. The staff service is very friendly and makes it easy for us guests.

wort it, very comfortable clean place, bathroom ok. breakfast has many variants and delicious. it's just that the towels are a bit musty and a bit dull. and the room is not soundproof, because the sound outside can be heard if someone moves something. that's all, but recommended for those looking for accommodation in the city center

Good location, comfortable room, a bit cramped and no double bed for standard, only twin, parking is okay, food variety is quite good, only some are too salty, and refills take a long time what I don't like the most is probably the check-in time, usually at 2, but I arrived at 14:46 the room wasn't ready, my body was tired from 7 hours of travel but I still had to wait to rest hopefully the things that are lacking can be improved again

This is my second experience staying at Kesuma. The first time was good, but the second time I got a room that smelled of cigarettes that was hard to get rid of. I asked to be sprayed with air freshener, but the smell still stuck, and there was an ashtray in the room while the room was completely closed without windows. The second thing is that the bathroom exhaust is dead, making the bathroom even stuffy. Please make improvements
