OK, it's perfect if you want to explore the Old City.

Location in the center of Semarang's old town. Close to Tawang train station. Early check in is allowed as long as the room is ready. (I was able to check in at 1 pm). The room is clean and quite spacious. Clean and fragrant. Breakfast has a varied menu. I was on a solo trip, but breakfast was still provided for 2 people so one of them could be taken away. Nice staff. Wifi is smooth. All is good, although the elevator is a bit slow.

Interesting, will definitely come back if I go to Semarang.

Everything is perfect. This is for the fourth time we stayed in Kotta Hotel Semarang. Walking distance from Tawang train station and surrounding with some delicious cafes and culinary.

I stayed at Kotta Hotel Semarang for 2 days 1 night and was very satisfied with my experience there. The location is very strategic, close to the Old City area, so it is easy to walk around and enjoy the heritage atmosphere of Semarang. The hotel's interior design is modern and instagrammable, very suitable for those who like to take pictures. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the facilities are complete. The bed is soft, the AC is cold, and the bathroom is also clean with hot water that works well. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful, starting from the fast check-in process to check-out. The breakfast provided is also delicious and quite varied, with local and international menus that can be enjoyed in the cozy dining area. Overall, the experience of staying at Kotta Hotel was very pleasant. Suitable for short vacations or business trips. Will definitely come back again if I have the chance to go to Semarang!

It was so nice to finally be able to check in at this hotel. It is very suitable for me who brought a toddler because the interior design is very cheerful and of course instagrammable. But in my opinion the room is small for those who bring active toddlers 😅 hopefully next time a project can be added to make a room that is more spacious & more kids friendly 🫶🏻🤎

Right in the middle of Semarang Old Town, the hotel is very aesthetic with a playful and colorful theme, the service and quality of the food can be improved, the cleanliness of the area around the hotel also needs to be given more attention (staying during Eid and high season)

Everything is good and okay. Except that at night before going to bed there were cockroaches on the bedside table. So I was worried about sleeping, especially if I bring a small child. Please pay attention to the cleanliness again. Even though the room is okay.

at that time I arrived at half past 1, thank God we were allowed to check out early, the staff were very friendly and informative. the location of the hotel is in the middle of the city so access is very close to the station and child-friendly. hopefully we can go there again. amen

I really love the ambience and the hotel's location is at the center of Kota Lama. So, you can go sightseeing or strolling around by walking distance. Recommended to stay here!

We're transiting in the middle of our road trip, checking-in late. Finding a way to the revitalized Kota Lama in Semarang is straightforward as long as you're not taking a wrong exit from the busy toll routes. Lively streets surrounding the hotel is quite an attraction in itself, bring about cheerful mood and sound of night life that penetrates the room wall. Room space is tight but kept clean & comfortable. Nice stay overall.

It's been my second time staying here, overall the comfort and service are good, especially since it's located in the old city area of Semarang, so it's very good.
