very friendly all staff and all facilities are very pleasant

The check in and check out process was very fast and assisted. The atmosphere is also pleasant and has children's play facilities (DOFAN) in addition to a beautiful swimming pool.

We had an amazing staycation at the resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the team at the pool, where my five-year-old daughter spent most of her time swimming with us. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Villa on a hill with a very beautiful view of the city, delicious breakfast menu, privacy for villa guests is a bit lacking because it is mixed with visitors and a shared kitchen.

The neighbors in the room are too noisy on the balcony, it's still noisy until dawn, there should be a barrier so that guests from the next room don't just hang out on the balcony of another room.

Recommended for family, besides the swimming pool offered there is a mini Dufan here, and some games at affordable prices. The view offered is extraordinary.

This is the umpteenth time I have stayed here because of the beautiful view of the inn. The swimming pool facilities are clean + well maintained. The breakfast menu and restaurant are okay. Good service 👍🏻👍🏻

Hotels in the highlands can see the city of Palu from the top of the hotel. Recommendation.

Kamarnya bersih, makanannya enak, semua staf ramah. Hampir tiap bulan nginap di sini, pelayanannya selalu memuaskan ❤.

AC nya jelek dan dikira kami ambil mereka punya remote TV.

Desain kamarnya kurang bagus, apalagi ada pohon-pohon yang menghalangi pemandangan ke arah Lembah Palu. Air di kamar beberapa kali mati dan begitu menyala keluar air kotor. Kamar no 1515 cukup luas tapi minim sekali furniture. Ada meja rias (ala kadar) tapi tidak ada kursinya.

Rasanya pengen nginap selama-selamanya. Sudah sering nginap di sini gak ada bosannya. Next time nginap lagi ah.
