Dear MANAGEMENT swiss belcourt, you guys seem to need to conduct effective communication training for front office staff especially receptionists. I checked in last Sunday & in the room reservation via the app requested early check in about 1 hour earlier, a room on the top floor & not on the same floor as the meeting hall, because as a customer at this hotel I know very well how soundproof your room is. But the receptionist gave me a room on the 1st floor which is on the same floor as the meeting hall without giving me any information & confirmation, because I have often stayed here I complained and said to the lady "I don't want to be on the same floor as the meeting room but I want to be given a room on the same floor as the hall", your receptionist lady said "who told you to want early check in, that's the only room that's ready. If you want to wait, there will be another room at 2 o'clock". I mean what's so hard about it before checking in, there's a confirmation to the hotel guest "Madam, I'm sorry the room you want is not ready yet, if you want an early check in, we have a room on the same floor as the meeting room ready. But if you don't like the room, you might have to wait for hours until the room you want is ready". That's nicer to hear than your receptionist's sentence "who told you to want an early check in". Psstt btw I prefer the receptionists who are slow and slow. Btw for me this hotel is like "home" every time I go to Makassar, even though in previous visits I've had dramas about getting a leaky room, being locked in a room on the 5th floor and so on. But because it feels like returning "home" I always come back here to stay, so I hope the service can be improved again.
