The hotel is nice, right down the street from the mall, close to everything. It's really suitable to bring my little family here.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during check in, all the staff provided great service and the live music was cool. Hopefully I can stay at FUGO again next week... Aamiin...

The staff is friendly. It's just that the food is a little less than perfect for the tongue. The white rice is still hard, the fried rice is too sticky, almost like rice that is still edible, the fried chicken is also hard.

Because the location is in a mall, it is more convenient to walk straight in. Parking is less of a priority for hotel customers because it is mixed with a mall so they have to go around looking for a place themselves.

Just for input, The pillows in the room are too hard and too high. Makes your neck hurt 😌😌. As for the location, it is very strategic and of all the star hotels in Banjarmasin, the breakfast is the most delicious ❤️❤️❤️ and there are many choices.

Check in, which was supposed to be at 2 o'clock, ended up at half past 4 without any clear explanation.

Always order the deluxe because usually there are welcome fruits/snacks so the kids are happy, eh in February 2025 I stayed there in the same room type and they didn't give me any welcome fruits/snacks. There were only 2 large towels and a mat in the room, no small towel to wipe my hands. Asking for 1 additional card was charged a 50 thousand deposit when checking out at 1 pm and the money was not returned even though I was still in the meeting room until 5 pm and my suitcase was left at the reception. My 50 thousand deposit was gone even though both cards were returned. It's not okay to stay in the Deluxe Fugo room this time, it's better to stay in the superior room, the price is cheaper and both don't get welcome fruits/snacks. So the point is the difference between deluxe and superior is only the swimming pool or not. Nothing special.
