Overall for a transit hotel it's okay

Strategic location and quite spacious rooms

The receptionist is a bit quiet, you have to ask first before talking, but when asked, she is kind, friendly and quite communicative, maybe next time if there are guests coming, she can be more active in asking "can I help you? Do you have a reservation?" The area around the hotel is not safe for ordering Gojek and Gocar, there are many opangs. And the downside is that the security guards are a bit useless, they are busy with their own attention, just listening to music or playing with their cellphones, when my Gocar driver was being bullied, he just kept quiet, the one who should have been able to protect me was just indifferent, there was only 1 security guard who quickly helped me put my suitcase and umbrella into the car because it was raining at that time. The hotel is very nice, clean, the mattress is soft, only the TV is not active, Netflix and other apps. I can only watch YouTube, but otherwise it's comfortable.

I swear it's really really really clean, I didn't expect it😍😍😍 the bed + pillows are also comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the shower is strong and awesome😭hopefully the cleanliness is maintained because I will continue to stay here🫶

Very good! Only one thing that needs to be improved in the future. Please fix the TV inside the capsule so that it can display national TV channels that are already digital. OVERALL. AWESOME! If I go to Sidoarjo again, I will definitely stay at Miko Rooms & Capsules Hotel again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Yesterday the room card was a bit bent, and I was fined 50 thousand. When I checked in 2 days later and got the same room, it turned out the card was still used. I thought it was immediately replaced with a new one because I had paid the fine.

Near the Bungurasih terminal, easy to find food.

Affordable rates, comfortable rooms, right by the bus, close to a minimarket, also close to the airport via toll road.

Fast check in service. There is an elevator and surprisingly the facilities are really cool for the price. Get off the bus from Jakarta and go straight to the hotel. Great for transit level. But don't expect more, you know.
